Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage and maintain a portfolio of Minor Hotels branded apartments (Oaks Hotels, Avani Hotels).
  • •Handle incoming rental enquiries and provide exceptional customer service.
  • •Conduct open, routine, entry, and exit inspections as required.
  • •Communicate effectively with tenants and address maintenance issues by liaising with tradespeople.
  • •Draft and support administration of leasing and property handovers, using console cloud for property management.
