•Define vision and support the team in designing and implementing architecture for new global capabilities.
•Author, review, and ship infrastructure-as-code in Clio’s cloud environments.
•Enable product teams to self-serve production issues by using automation and observability tooling to reduce time-to-resolve.
•Directly supervise, mentor, and collaborate with individual contributors and build cross-functional relationships.
•Partner with product development teams to ensure security, performance, reliability, availability, and change velocity requirements are met.

•Ability to hire, coach, develop, and retain engineering talent in a fast-paced environment.
