Key Responsibilities

  • •Define vision and support the team in designing and implementing architecture for new global capabilities.
  • •Author, review, and ship infrastructure-as-code in Clio’s cloud environments.
  • •Enable product teams to self-serve production issues by using automation and observability tooling to reduce time-to-resolve.
  • •Directly supervise, mentor, and collaborate with individual contributors and build cross-functional relationships.
  • •Partner with product development teams to ensure security, performance, reliability, availability, and change velocity requirements are met.

Key Requirements

  • •Demonstrated success in people leadership in systems engineering, particularly in large-scale SaaS products.

  • •Ability to describe successful projects and lessons learned from failed projects.
