Senior Paralegal

Lead the Service of Process function within the Legal Department by overseeing intake, tracking, and administration of subpoenas and threatened or filed matters. Manage a team of service of process paralegals, prepare subpoena responses and objections, and maintain service of process data in SoFi systems. Support internal discovery, research, and investigations, collaborate with in-house counsel, and help update policies, procedures, and training materials.
