Warehouse Shipping Supervisor-PHX

Supervise warehouse receiving and shipping operations to ensure accurate, timely inbound processing and achievement of daily production goals. Lead and coach a team of warehouse associates, run pre-shift meetings, monitor performance metrics, and drive corrective actions. Manage inbound shipments, maintain accurate daily receiving records, compile inventory reporting for leadership, support inventory audits, and train personnel. Ensure compliance with operating procedures and quality standards.
