Key Responsibilities

  • •Drive and exceed sales goals by leading ALO’s Flow initiatives while optimizing productivity and efficiency.
  • •Ensure strong guest engagement and a friendly, easy-to-shop environment through daily client relationship building.
  • •In partnership with store leadership, analyze reports to strategize, deliver results, and support action plans for deficient areas.
  • •Ensure effective sales floor coverage and lead selling initiatives throughout the store as needed.
  • •Assist with processing shipment and ensure product flow, including visual merchandising, replenishment, and execution of front/back-of-house procedures.

Key Requirements
