Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide leadership and direction for overall production and maintenance operations while fostering a Culture of Safety.
  • •Manage and coordinate daily/weekly production schedules to meet delivery, budgeted cost, and efficiency expectations.
  • •Coordinate predictive/preventative maintenance plans with the Plant Manager using the maintenance management system to meet asset reliability targets.
  • •Implement continuous improvement initiatives and process improvements with engineering and EH&S support, including RM cost reduction and automation.
  • •Ensure training, succession planning, OSHA compliance training, safety committee engagement, and manage plant layout and finished-goods inventory targets.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum High School Diploma (or equivalent) with 5+ years leadership experience in an industrial environment leading multiple departments.
  • •5+ years demonstrated manufacturing supervisory experience.
  • •Associate degree in Business, Manufacturing, Engineering Technology, Production, or related field (bachelor’s preferred).
  • •Demonstrated ability to plan and allocate resources; coordinate to meet internal objectives and customer expectations.
  • •Strong communication, interpersonal, organizational, and project management skills, including budgeting/financial analysis knowledge.
