•Work as a subject matter expert handling new business enquiries and existing retention portfolio accounts.
•Provide quality support to clients in line with Bupa standards while achieving sales targets aligned to business plans.
•Deliver quality client service via telephony and ensure telephony activity requirements are met.
•Take ownership of customer queries, identify and understand customer needs, and resolve them appropriately.
•Comply with FCA or CQC regulations and support service improvement initiatives with peers and colleagues.

Salary: GBP 26,550 - 33,100 annually
