•Manage daily ticket workflow and inbound call monitoring for vehicle transporters, field ops leaders, and customer advocates.
•Provide real-time support, escalation, and audits for Network Support Specialists.
•Resolve tickets and exceptions to maintain service level agreements and KPIs.
•Use internal systems to gather data, troubleshoot transit issues, and recommend solutions to remove network constraints.
•Document incidents, communicate status and resolution plans, help build SOPs, and support onboarding/training and special projects.

Key Requirements

•High school diploma or GED (or equivalent experience).
•1+ year in leadership experience.
•3+ years in a customer service role.
•3+ years practical experience in maintenance or logistics.
•Experience in logistics operations with knowledge of DOT regulations and compliance (FMCSA, HOS).
