Key Responsibilities

  • •Coordinate complex calendars, meeting schedules, and resolve scheduling conflicts for Supply Chain & Operations leadership.
  • •Organize business travel (domestic and international), itineraries, and meeting logistics and arrangements.
  • •Prepare agendas, materials, presentations, business reviews, leadership updates, and related documents.
  • •Maintain leadership meeting calendars, action items, follow-ups, deliverables, milestones, and key deadlines.
  • •Support strategic initiatives and planning by coordinating project plans, timelines, trackers, and status updates while collecting and consolidating planning information.

Key Requirements

  • •2+ years of experience in business administration, operations coordination, project coordination, executive support, or a related field.
  • •Experience supporting senior leaders or cross-functional teams preferred (equivalent combination of experience and education accepted).
  • •Strong organizational and time-management skills to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, meetings, and projects.
  • •Excellent written and verbal communication skills to communicate clearly and professionally with employees, leaders, and cross-functional partners.
  • •Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
