Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee full project lifecycle coordination for rock drills and core components from requirements analysis to production launch, managing schedule, cost, and risks.
  • •Conduct English technical coordination with overseas headquarters and international teams, including design reviews, issue tracing, and improvement reporting.
  • •Use SolidWorks/CAD/Creo for structural design, 3D modeling, and 2D engineering drawings, including tolerance analysis and dimensional chain calculations.
  • •Lead technical development and problem-solving for localization substitution of core rock drill components, including materials/process validation and performance equivalence assessment.
  • •Prepare and standardize technical documentation (test plans, SOPs, manuals, BOMs, drawing catalogs, maintenance manuals) and collaborate with production, quality, and procurement to improve feasibility and control costs.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree or above in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Materials Science, or a related field.
  • •5+ years of experience in mechanical design and process engineering for hydraulic products; hydraulic pump design and mining/construction equipment preferred.
  • •Proficiency with structural design and dimensional engineering using CAD/SolidWorks or similar tools (including tolerance and dimensional chain calculations).
  • •Familiarity with machining processes, metallic materials/heat treatment/surface finishing, and hydraulic component selection and system matching.
  • •Proficient English technical communication (listening, speaking, reading, and writing) and experience using project management tools like MS Project or Primavera; PMP is a plus.
