Key Responsibilities

  • •Collaborate with UX design lead, product owners, and engineering to define UX requirements early and stay through QA and release.
  • •Establish a modern visual language and interaction patterns, and build a coherent design system (tokens, components, patterns).
  • •Lead a comprehensive redesign of DSPM analytics components (charts, tables, filters, data cards, gauges) with information architecture and visual hierarchies.
  • •Conduct regular UX reviews using usability principles and document deviations with prioritized initiatives to address them.
  • •Design multi-step security operation workflows and produce Figma prototypes and design specs, partnering with frontend engineers using a component-first approach.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years designing enterprise software products with desktop interfaces.
  • •Strong portfolio demonstrating data visualization UI (dashboards, charts, tables, complex workflows) and component/pattern library work.
  • •Proficiency in Figma as a primary design tool.
  • •Experience with design systems or component libraries you’ve owned or significantly contributed to.
  • •Knowledge of user-centered design principles and usability heuristics mindset.
