Key Responsibilities

  • •Meet and exceed individual and store baseline goals for personal sales and KPI metrics including conversion, DPT, UPT, and Client Data Capture.
  • •Plan and prioritize, demonstrate initiative, and champion change to drive effective performance.
  • •Support training and development for store associates through roleplay, coaching, and monitoring; help manage quarterly personal development goal setting.
  • •Assist the Store Manager with recruiting and networking to build and maintain a high-caliber bench of potential candidates.
  • •Ensure store compliance and execution, including scheduling/timecards/payroll support, visual merchandising, and consistent superior client service using client books, thank you cards, and event strategies.
