VERSACE Financial & Planning Analysis Manager (Milano, IT)

Act as a strategic Finance Business Partner for the EMEA leadership team, driving sustainable growth and profitability through business controlling. Lead EMEA financial planning (budgets, rolling forecasts, and mid-term plans), manage monthly/quarterly closing with variance analysis, and support commercial decisions via channel profitability, KPI monitoring, and scenario modeling. Prepare executive dashboards and investment evaluations while coordinating reporting across the region and Headquarters.
