Use a consultative sales process and Financial Needs Assessment to build customer profiles, identify needs, and cross-sell retail banking and small business solutions. Proactively reach out using approved marketing tools (including CAMP), set appointments, and drive revenue growth tied to the Financial Center P&L. Serve as part of platform staff by processing teller transactions, guiding CSRs on sales/referrals, maintaining confidentiality, and supporting compliant, customer-first risk management.

Key Responsibilities

•Use the consultative sales process and Financial Needs Assessment to build customer profiles and identify current and future financial needs.
•Maintain in-depth knowledge of retail consumer and small business products and recommend solutions using the bank’s value proposition.
•Utilize CAMP and other approved marketing tools to reach out to customers and schedule periodic financial review appointments.
•Focus on cross-selling to existing customers and conduct outside sales activities such as onsite presentations, business sales calls, and community financial literacy events.
•Process teller transactions and support the Financial Center/Bank Mart opening/closing process as directed, while guiding CSRs on the sales and referral process.

Key Requirements

•College degree or work experience providing transferable skills, or a combination of education and experience.
•Experience in the financial industry preferred.
•Ability to develop comfort level with sales activities to acquire new consumer households and small business customers and cross-sell to existing customers.
•Demonstrated understanding of advanced math functions for analysis of credit and financial information.
•Ability to demonstrate working knowledge of retail policies and procedures to make sound decisions; must obtain S.A.F.E. Act registration through NMLS at time of employment.
