Key Responsibilities

  • •Coach maintenance employees and involve the manager for support as needed.
  • •Guide BDA, MPS, root cause analysis, risk prediction, UPS, and safety incidents through completion.
  • •Coach mechanics as a mechanic-trainer and correct mechanics when needed.
  • •Prepare and lead meetings with maintenance, production, operators, and other stakeholders to keep equipment running.
  • •Monitor and teach continuous improvement systems and participate in projects/teams including 5S, Kaizen, breakdown elimination, defect handling, and planning/scheduling.

  • •High school diploma or GED (or a 2-year degree in Industrial Maintenance, or 5 years of maintenance experience).

  • •Experience with mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic troubleshooting.
