Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead geotechnical studies, analysis, and design for medium to large-scale projects.
  • •Provide technical leadership for geotechnical design, including foundations, retaining structures, excavation/ERSS, slopes, and underground works.
  • •Undertake and review geotechnical analysis using PLAXIS, GEO-STUDIO, or equivalent software.
  • •Review and prepare technical reports, calculations, and design deliverables, and guide engineers.
  • •Coordinate with clients and multidisciplinary teams to deliver technical solutions to complex geotechnical issues.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from a recognised university; Master's or PhD in Geotechnical Engineering is preferred.
  • •Minimum 8–10 years of relevant geotechnical engineering experience, preferably in a consulting environment.
  • •Strong experience in geotechnical analysis and design for infrastructure, rail, buildings, or underground projects.
  • •Proficiency in PLAXIS, GEO-STUDIO, or equivalent geotechnical software.
  • •Good knowledge of Eurocode 7, Malaysian standards, and relevant design requirements.
