Job Summary

Founding Operator will own cross-functional operations, partnering with the CEO to scale from current stage to 10x growth. You’ll build processes from scratch across sales, hiring, customer support, marketing, events, and vendor management, driving end-to-end outcomes in a fast-paced startup environment within healthcare IT and AI automation.

Key Responsibilities

•Outbound Sales & Pipeline: Research prospects, run outreach sequences, book discovery calls, and support the CEO through deal cycles with healthcare AI companies and enterprise RCM firms.
•Hiring & Recruiting: Source candidates, manage pipelines, coordinate interviews, and help close hires as we grow the team.
•Events & Community: Plan and execute networking events, dinners, and meetups in the SF healthcare AI ecosystem; represent CloudCruise at conferences.
•Marketing & Content: Shape positioning, draft outbound messaging, manage social presence, and produce content for healthcare operators and buyers.
•Customer Support & Success: Be the first line of response for customer issues; triage and escalate to engineering when needed.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 125,000 - 175,000 annually

Key Requirements

•1-4 years of experience in a high-performance environment – startups, consulting, banking, or similar.
•Able to work in-person in San Francisco or relocate.
•Relentlessly resourceful with strong execution and attention to detail.
•Excellent written and verbal communication, able to engage with C-suite, investors, and engineers.
•Willingness to build processes across multiple functions and own outcomes end-to-end.
