Job Summary

Design practical, high-impact user experiences for incident response and management (IRM) solutions. Work with a distributed product design organization and partner with engineering, product management, researchers, and go-to-market teams to iterate on products across desktop/mobile web, native mobile, Slack/Teams, MCP integrations, and agentic workflows. Document user needs and detailed designs, lead formative research, and provide scalable, cohesive design solutions while coaching and mentoring other designers.

•Collaborate with engineering, product management, technical writing, go-to-market, and product design peers/leaders to iterate and improve IRM products.
•Document user needs, pain points, design directions, trade-offs, and detailed designs using product/visual communication tools.
•Plan and execute formative and evaluative research with researchers and cross-functional collaborators, including customer partners.
•Deliver pragmatic, cohesive, highly scalable design solutions that balance business, customer, and user needs.
•Over time, develop deep expertise in the product area and mentor/coach other designers to evolve team ways of working.

•Ability to deliver pragmatic, scalable design solutions in a fast-paced environment with evolving industry standards.
•Ability to collaborate cross-functionally across multiple locations/time zones in a fully-remote environment, including openly sharing and operating with autonomy.
