Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead review and analysis of partnership tax returns, K-1s, and related tax reporting for CIC investments.
  • •Evaluate, research, and document complex federal and state tax issues for tax credit investments.
  • •Manage communication, tracking, and receipt of tax returns for direct, multi-investor, and proprietary investment funds.
  • •Forecast annual federal and state tax liabilities with Huntington Tax, Finance, and Accounting teams and recommend tax credit utilization strategies.
  • •Maintain oversight of tax credit delivery schedules and support audits and compliance requests.

Key Requirements
