Job Summary

Operate a coating line across multiple workstations, leading machine set ups and changeovers. Monitor production controls and quality, loading raw materials and unloading finished product while determining machine cycles and adjustments. Perform routine testing and maintain production records and logs. Work in a safety-first environment, coordinate preventative maintenance, support ELS continuous improvement, and assist teammates to meet department and site goals on the 7 AM–7 PM B Team schedule.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead machine set ups and changeovers on the coating line, coordinating preventative maintenance (PMs) and making machine adjustment decisions.
•Maintain a clean, safe work area and adhere to safety policies while working safely with manufacturing systems and coworkers.
•Load raw materials and unload finished product; determine and control the machine cycle and modify as necessary.
•Perform routine tests and quality checks for multiple product characteristics using standard measuring devices and judgments against standards.
•Maintain production records and logs, support safety/quality/continuous improvement initiatives, and perform assigned duties from the supervisor.

Key Requirements
