Key Responsibilities

•Lead the Workday integration implementation lifecycle (planning, configuration, design, build, conversion, training, go-live and post-production support).
•Collaborate with Huron and client teams to deliver integration solutions and manage project delivery across onshore/offshore resources.
•Explain technical solutions to client stakeholders and develop clear design documents and training materials.
•Coordinate with offshore/global delivery teams to ensure seamless execution and knowledge transfer.
•Travel up to 25% as needed to support client implementations.

Key Requirements

•4+ years of Workday integration experience.
•2+ years of experience serving as a Workday Integration Lead.

•Preferred but not required: higher education or healthcare implementation experience, preferably supporting hospital or health system clients.
•Strong verbal and written communication skills, with experience explaining technical solutions to client stakeholders
