Job Summary

Analyze user behavior and lifecycle metrics across trading and lending products, from onboarding through retention and churn. Build and maintain dashboards and automated reporting for KPIs like volume, open interest, fee revenue, loan health, activation, and NPL. Conduct deep-dives on futures, options, TradFi attribution, and credit dynamics; segment high-value users using LTV and credit behavior models; and ensure data quality. Partner cross-functionally to define metrics, run A/B test evaluations, and support product launches.

Key Responsibilities

•Analyze user behavior across futures, options, TradFi perpetuals, and loan products, from onboarding and activation through retention and churn signals.
•Build and maintain dashboards and automated reports tracking performance across business lines (e.g., trading volume, open interest, fee revenue, loan portfolio health, activation/retention, revenue per user, NPL).
•Perform product-specific deep-dives, including futures strategy patterns, leverage and liquidation dynamics, and options IV/Greeks exposure; also analyze TradFi attribution and loan repayment flows.
•Identify and segment high-value users across trading and lending; model trading LTV, credit behavior, and strategy classification to support product design, fee optimization, and risk decisions.
•Monitor data quality and integrity, resolve metric discrepancies/anomalies, and support business/product/risk/compliance teams with ad-hoc analyses and A/B test impact assessments.

Key Requirements

•Fluent in English and Mandarin (written and spoken).
•5+ years of experience in data analysis or business intelligence, or a related analytical role.
•Background in at least one relevant domain: futures/derivatives trading, options products, TradFi financial products, or lending/consumer finance.
•Strong proficiency in SQL and at least one of Python or R.
•Experience with BI/visualization tools (Tableau, Looker, Power BI, or similar).
