Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and guide Talent and Performance solutions within the HCM module, leading design of performance management strategies and processes.
  • •Manage development, implementation, and administration of system processes to evaluate and improve employee performance.
  • •Partner with HR and implementation teams to define test scenarios/use cases and ensure timely execution of solution testing.
  • •Manage Talent and Performance project timelines and dependencies, aligning activities and mitigating risks and issues.
  • •Develop and execute change management, communication, and training strategies for the solution.

  • •Talent & Performance Certification is mandatory.

  • •Work closely with Human Resources Lead through Architect, Configure & Prototype, Test, and Deploy methodology stages for the Talent and Performance sub-module.
