Key Responsibilities

  • •Design and implement secure multi-account AWS structures and landing zones.
  • •Manage IAM, SSO, and RBAC with least-privilege access and enforce tagging/resource hierarchy and cost optimization.
  • •Lead Kubernetes platform deployment and operations (EKS/EKS-like), including CNI plugins, ingress controllers, and service meshes (Istio/Linkerd).
  • •Build and support CI/CD and GitOps workflows using Jenkins/Bitbucket and GitOps tooling (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Flux, ArgoCD) for reliable releases.
  • •Establish security, encryption, audit logging, monitoring/observability, and operational ownership (runbooks, patching/upgrades, backups, DR) for the engineering platform.

Key Requirements

  • •8+ years in Cloud Engineering, SRE, or DevOps with deep AWS and/or GCP proficiency.
  • •Expert administering Linux (shell scripting, kernel tuning) and Windows Server (Active Directory, Group Policy, PowerShell).
  • •Proven experience running production Kubernetes workloads at scale (including Helm and container security).
  • •Strong proficiency in Python, Go, or Bash for infrastructure automation and tool development.
  • •Ability to design and implement secure platform capabilities: AWS Organizations/landing zones, IAM/SSO/RBAC, VPC networking, Terraform, and GitOps (ArgoCD/Flux).
