Job Summary

Own international financial reporting and tax compliance for the SKELAR group across multiple jurisdictions. Coordinate financial statement audits, prepare standalone and consolidated reports, and support tax reporting through external accountants and consultants. Help forecast tax burden (P&L) and monitor ETR targets, while analyzing and implementing new finance processes and supporting operational structuring projects. Collaborate across finance, treasury, legal, and tax stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

•Coordinate financial statement audits for group companies, including preparation, communication with auditors, and resolving audit questions.
•Prepare standalone and consolidated financial reports on a regular basis.
•Support tax compliance, including tax reporting with external accountants and consultants and preparation of profit tax declarations.
•Forecast tax burden by collecting stakeholder inputs, building planned P&L, and coordinating with external consultants to support compliance.
•Develop and implement new finance processes, analyze current workflows, and participate in operational structuring projects.

Key Requirements

•Minimum 3 years of experience in leading international audit firms (Big-4/Tier-2) or in finance functions of international companies.
•Experience preparing or reviewing all forms of financial reporting under IFRS.
•Strong self-organization with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
•Advanced analytical skills and critical thinking.
•Intermediate+ English and strong Excel proficiency; comfort with MS Office / Google tools.
