•Promote digital and mobile banking, guiding customers to use apps and ATMs for transactions.
•Collaborate with Wealth Management, Mortgage and Business Banking teams to serve customers with more complex financial needs.
•Conduct outbound calls to acquire new customers and schedule financial checkup appointments.

Key Requirements

•High School degree or GED required.

•Demonstrated skills in using digital technology to support the delivery of business goals.
