Job Summary

Partner with regulators, financial institutions, and crypto businesses to operationalize scalable compliance programs and drive adoption of the platform across the crypto ecosystem. Manage a portfolio of strategic accounts by monitoring engagement and churn risk, delivering tailored product demos, and running structured English and Mandarin training. Act as the Voice of the Customer, channeling feedback to product and engineering to influence roadmap direction while coordinating fixes and closing customer loops.

Key Responsibilities

•Act as a trusted advisor to help customers maximize effectiveness of the platform within supervisory, risk, and compliance functions.
•Explain complex technical and investigative concepts and support teams interpreting blockchain data and building cases.
•Build and deliver tailored product demonstrations for compliance, risk, and regulatory stakeholders.
•Conduct structured training sessions in English and Mandarin to embed the platform into day-to-day investigative and compliance programs.
•Manage account engagement and usage trends to identify churn risk and expansion opportunities while feeding customer feedback to product and engineering.

Key Requirements

•5+ years of professional experience, ideally in crypto, financial institutions, or regulatory bodies in compliance, investigative, or customer-facing roles.
•Professional proficiency in English and Mandarin.
•Hands-on experience with virtual currencies and blockchain analytics in a compliance or investigative context.
•Proven ability to structure complex problems, prioritize critical issues, and deliver actionable solutions.
•Ability to distill and communicate complex technical and investigative concepts to diverse stakeholders with exceptional attention to detail.
