Key Responsibilities

  • •Ensure team members work safely and follow safety standards, actively participating in safety program activities such as observations, safety talks, inspections, and investigations.
  • •Lead team building, planning, and training; set clear safety and results measures, review work performance, and handle grievances at the primary stage.
  • •Supervise execution of scheduled work plans and unplanned emergency/breakdown work, determining sequence and assignments based on priority and available equipment/manpower.
  • •Ensure planned jobs are within scope and provide feedback on completed work, rescheduling needs, and relevant parts/material information for upcoming work plans.
  • •Provide customer service, resolve work problems with customers and team members, and recommend measures to improve maintenance productivity and quality, including timely data entry into information systems.

Key Requirements
