Diagnose and repair brakes, steering, suspension, alignments, and heating/air conditioning systems, and inspect vehicles under CarMax processes. Manage customer communication during repairs, accurately review and close repair orders, and maintain parts inventory. Follow EH&S requirements and help keep the shop clean using 5S principles.
