Job Summary

Own low-power validation and formal equivalence checking for large-scale SoC designs spanning multiple tiles and hierarchical modules. Drive functional correctness from RTL through post-layout stages across front-end and physical design netlists, including UPF/CPF validation and Formality/LEC checks. Debug low-power and LEC equivalence mismatches to achieve signoff closure, and generate/validate functional ECO patches while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

•Perform low-power validation using UPF/CPF across RTL and synthesis/route-related netlists (including Route-PG).
•Debug low-power issues and drive them to closure for signoff.
•Perform low-power validation at hardmacro/tile level and full-chip level.
•Run Formality/LEC checks at tile and hierarchical module level and verify equivalence across RTL→RTL, RTL→Gate, and Gate→PnR.
•Generate and validate functional ECO patches and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure design quality and closure.

Key Requirements

•5–10 years of relevant experience in Low Power / Formal / LEC / ECO domain.
•Hands-on experience with VC-LP (Synopsys/Cadence) or equivalent low-power verification tools.
•Strong expertise in Formality / LEC across the full design cycle, including debugging for signoff closure.
•Experience with Conformal ECO for functional ECO generation and validation.
•Good understanding of RTL, Gate, and PnR netlists across front-end and physical design stages.
