Key Responsibilities

  • •Conduct in-depth analysis of supply operations metrics such as order delivery time, courier dispatch time, partner preparation time, partner acceptance time, and customer ratings.
  • •Generate actionable insights from complex datasets to guide operational improvements for couriers and partners.
  • •Develop and maintain dashboards and reports tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) and operational metrics.
  • •Identify, communicate, and influence changes with stakeholders to improve supply and partner efficiency and satisfaction.
