Key Responsibilities

  • •Follow the company’s product development process using simulation software and testing equipment to deliver validated refrigeration system designs and air conditioning products.
  • •Create and optimize simulation models for systems and components, analyze performance, identify issues, and propose improvements.
  • •Develop mathematical models reflecting unit control logic and support standardized, modular model design.
  • •Promote intelligence in the refrigeration system development process and develop automation tools to optimize design workflows.

Key Requirements

  • •Master's degree or above in Thermodynamics, Refrigeration, Cryogenic, Air Conditioning, heat Transfer, or related fields.
  • •CET 6 (or equivalent) in English, with good written and verbal communication in both Chinese and English.
  • •Strong foundation in refrigeration principles and experience modeling and simulation of refrigeration systems/components using computer languages such as C++, Python, VBA.
  • •Good problem-solving skills and teamwork spirit, coordinating effectively with other departments.
