Key Responsibilities

  • •Partner with Sales for deep discovery—map customer organization, quantify $10M+ business value, and define pilots including MVP, success criteria, and timeline.
  • •Author PRDs, translate business requirements into data, integration, security, and operational requirements, and prioritize engineering backlogs while acting as primary hands-on QA.
  • •Lead technical discovery and design reviews with FDEs, shape solution architecture, understand data flows and platform constraints, and identify technical risks early.
  • •Drive agile delivery through launch and adoption—manage stakeholders, run the “war room,” and ensure production readiness across data quality, testing, security, performance, and operations.
  • •Scope maintenance, create customer documentation/training, codify reusable solution patterns, and bring field insights back to Product and Engineering to drive growth.

Key Requirements

  • •Typically 7+ years delivering complex, customer-facing data, analytics, AI, or software engagements (or equivalent founder/technical builder experience).
  • •Experience delivering data/ML/generative AI into production and understanding integration, operational, and adoption challenges.
  • •Strong executive presence and communication skills; trusted advisor who can build rapport quickly and influence senior stakeholders.
  • •Ability to define what to build and why, write product requirements, prioritize engineering work, and lead agile delivery from ambiguous problems to measurable outcomes.
  • •Proficiency in at least one language such as Python, Java, or SQL and hands-on experience working with data, notebooks, code, and pipelines.
