Key Responsibilities

  • •Support the development and establishment of the new management system
  • •Partner with Functional Process Subject Matter Experts to drive major Quality Systems initiatives
  • •Identify and work with Quality Directors to resolve complex issues with cross-functional impact
  • •QC system attributes for documents to ensure quality reporting from the system
  • •Administer training for new team members

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field of study; 8+ years of relative industry experience related to EPC construction or fabrication
  • •Ability to work as a team member as well as act as a team leader
  • •Strong analytical and organizational skills for evaluating trending data
  • •Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and spoken
  • •Lean/Continuous Improvement understanding; internal auditor training is a plus
