Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and manage water design teams delivering major infrastructure and master-planning projects.
  • •Provide technical leadership for potable water, wastewater, stormwater, irrigation, and related water infrastructure network design.
  • •Review and approve design calculations, drawings, reports, and technical submissions.
  • •Coordinate water infrastructure requirements with roads, dry utilities, MEP, and other disciplines, including utility corridor and ROW coordination.
  • •Liaise with clients, developers, and authorities to resolve technical issues and obtain approvals/NOCs, while mentoring team members and supporting tender/technical proposal activities.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Water Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • •12–15 years of relevant professional experience, preferably in a leading engineering consultancy.
  • •Strong experience leading water/wet utilities design and infrastructure projects.
  • •Proven experience leading technical teams and managing design deliverables.
  • •Strong understanding of client and authority requirements, with excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.
