Cost Manager

Lead cost management for a capital improvements program as part of the PMO, including budgeting, scheduling, and ongoing cost and schedule performance control. Manage a cost team and sub-task managers, develop and maintain the Capital Improvement Plan budget and master schedule, oversee forecasting to completion (EAC costs/hours), and manage risks, contingency, and scope changes. Prepare program reporting for client delivery and establish project controls systems (e.g., work breakdown structure).
