Job Summary

Define and drive enterprise deployments of agentic AI solutions, owning engagements end-to-end from strategy through deploy and adoption. Lead workshops and agent/roadmap design across Salesforce’s Agentic AI platform and Data Cloud, coordinate delivery with Forward Deployed Engineers, and manage timelines, risks, and stakeholder communications. Develop customer solutions using AI-assisted tools and translate field insights into feedback that shapes the Agentic AI platform roadmap.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead end-to-end customer engagement across the full value lifecycle (Identify → Commit → Deploy → Consume) and own outcomes.
•Define AI strategy and roadmap, run design workshops, and architect solutions across Salesforce’s agentic AI platform, Data Cloud, and enterprise systems with responsible AI governance.
•Manage engagement delivery end-to-end timelines, stakeholder communication, risk escalation, and progress reporting.
•Own adoption, consumption, and expansion metrics; identify blockers early and drive measurable value realization.
•Partner with Forward Deployed Engineers to align strategy with technical execution and coordinate delivery milestones.

Travel: Medium travel

Key Requirements

•4+ years experience in strategic solutioning, technical advisory, delivery leadership, or programme management for enterprise cloud or SaaS technology.
•Degree in Computer Science or a related field.
•Prior customer-facing delivery experience (consulting, professional services, or technical advisory).
•Demonstrated understanding of the Salesforce platform and ecosystem, including Agentic AI capabilities and Data Cloud.
•Working knowledge of Python, JavaScript, Java, or Apex, plus experience leading AI/LLM solution design and responsible AI practices.
