Set and maintain dining room tables throughout your shift at Brooklyn Bowl in the LINQ Promenade. Clear tables promptly, wipe and reset surfaces, restock condiments, and complete side work to keep the dining area ready for guests. Assist food servers with beverages and support other restaurant needs as requested, delivering fast, efficient, high-quality customer service in a high-volume environment.

Key Responsibilities

•Set and clean tables for guest arrival using appropriate tableware.
•Clear tables promptly after meals and wipe clean any remaining debris.
•Perform side work such as organizing refrigerators, removing empty items, and cleaning shelves and equipment.
•Assist food servers with beverage and water service as time permits.
•Deliver exceptional customer service while supporting other restaurant setup, cleanup, and maintenance needs as requested.

Key Requirements

•High school diploma or GED preferred.
•Valid Food Safety/Health Card required.
•Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
•Previous experience working in a high-volume restaurant.
•Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
