Key Responsibilities

  • •Design, document, and implement procedures to optimize payroll processes.
  • •Examine and verify payroll, benefits, leave, and job control information for accuracy and documentation.
  • •Investigate and analyze discrepancies in payroll and benefits issues, making corrections as needed.
  • •Record and administer daily payroll incidents (e.g., overtime, leave, FONACOT loans, bonuses) and alimony.
  • •Oversee payroll procedures, support attendance/absenteeism debugging, manage vouchers, and assist with severance and HR campaigns, reporting, and provider billing.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Finance, Human, or Industrial Relations from an accredited institution.
  • •Minimum of four years of experience in payroll and incident management, preferably in a production plant.
  • •Knowledge of payroll regulations and tax laws, including payroll payment and incident management.
  • •Experience managing payroll systems (TRESS) and related processes, including FONACOT.
  • •Excel (pivot tables) and Power BI experience, plus knowledge of accounting and supplier management.
