Job Summary

Lead retail sales growth, profitability, and operational excellence across Full Price and Factory Outlet Centre stores in your assigned region. Drive business targets by improving store performance, productivity, and customer experience, while executing brand standards and retail initiatives. Manage and develop store managers through recruitment, coaching, and capability building, and collaborate with franchise partners to expand opportunities and improve operational efficiency. Report to the Teamhead Retail Experience (South).

Key Responsibilities

•Drive sales growth, profitability, and operational excellence across the assigned region’s FP and FOC stores.
•Deliver business targets by maximizing store performance, productivity, and customer experience.
•Lead business development initiatives and identify opportunities for market and store expansion.
•Ensure consistent execution of brand standards, operational processes, and retail initiatives across all stores.
•Build and develop retail teams by recruiting, coaching, and developing Store Managers, and collaborate with franchise partners.

Travel: Extensive travel

Key Requirements

•At least 5+ years of experience in sales and/or management.
•Excellent communication skills.
•Must have a bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, finance or related field.
•Willing to travel up to 75 percent of the time.
•Proven track record of meeting sales targets, with strong analytical skills.
