Key Responsibilities

  • •Drive strategic procurement commodity strategy and improve the material execution process for Gas Turbine Flow.
  • •Collaborate with Procurement, Engineering, and Quality on commodity strategy, new supplier qualification, and capability/capacity/LT assessments.
  • •Lead strategic improvement initiatives, including AI and digital deployments, to improve delivery and supplier performance monitoring.
  • •Work with Global Supplier Execution teams and Operational Excellence/Kaizen leaders to implement best practices and execute Kaizen roadmaps.
  • •Collect supplier Design for Manufacturing improvement ideas, evaluate feasibility with Supplier Quality and Engineering, and support continuous improvement actions (AWO).

Key Requirements

  • •Proven experience in Procurement, Operations, Supply Chain, Project Management and/or Commercial, with preferred knowledge of oil and gas products.
  • •Demonstrated leadership skills to drive execution, influence stakeholders, and guide peers’ growth.
  • •Ability to quickly adapt to learn new products, business areas, and managed commodities.
  • •Strong analytical approach to identify problems and resolve them quickly.
  • •Fluency in Italian and English and ability to travel up to 20% to regional and international locations to work with suppliers.
