Job Summary

Help bring partner-developed content to life across digital platforms for clients and investors as part of the Digital Experience Team. You’ll manage and improve content templates and authoring workflows in Adobe Experience Manager, build cross-platform web experiences in the CMS, and ensure pages meet content quality, governance, SEO, accessibility, and regulatory standards. Collaborate with Product Managers, UI/UX Designers, Technology teams, and editorial stakeholders while owning timelines and supporting testing and performance measurement.

•Manage and improve content templates and authoring processes to increase efficiency and consistency.
•Organize and maintain a library of content modules, features, and templates.
•Collaborate with Product Managers, UI/UX Designers, and Technology teams to implement updates to templates and content capabilities.
•Ensure published pages adhere to content quality, consistency, governance standards, and regulatory compliance.
•Produce cross-platform content experiences in the CMS, including sizing and uploading images, while supporting testing initiatives and maintaining links and syndication schedules.

Key Requirements

•3–5 years of experience in digital content publishing, web production, or content operations across enterprise digital platforms, preferably in Financial Services and/or Asset Management.
•Hands-on experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) and Adobe Experience Cloud for content authoring, publishing, and page maintenance.
•Ability to operate in a fast-paced, high-volume environment while balancing BAU work with time-sensitive launches and regulatory updates.
•Experience with web analytics tools such as Adobe Analytics and/or Google Analytics to support tagging, tracking, and content performance measurement.
•Strong understanding of SEO and accessibility and digital content best practices, plus digital design skills for high-quality publishing standards.
