Key Responsibilities

•Act as lead engineer for developing agent frameworks natively on Windows and building the technical roadmap for always-on, self-evolving assistants on GeForce RTX PCs and laptops.
•Optimize agent runtimes for Windows so autonomous agents operate within policy-based privacy and security frameworks, including filesystem access, secure inference routing, and network egress.
•Partner with internal AI research teams, driver teams, and the OpenClaw community to ensure a strong consumer hardware ecosystem for autonomous agents.
•Mentor other engineers, establish guidelines for AI agent deployment, and write reliable, production-ready code.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 184,000 - 356,500 annually

Key Requirements

•10+ years of professional software engineering experience, with at least 3+ years in Staff or Lead Architect role.
•BS, MS, or PhD in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related technical field (or equivalent experience).
•Deep understanding of Windows OS internals, process isolation, sandboxing technologies, and system-level security architecture.
•Proven understanding of LLM inference pipelines (Ollama, Llama.cpp, vLLM) and GPU-accelerated computing (CUDA, TensorRT) for local consumer hardware.
•Experience with AI orchestration/agentic frameworks (e.g., OpenClaw, Hermes, LangChain) and multi-agent systems that plan, act, and use tools.
