Key Responsibilities

  • •Act as lead engineer for developing agent frameworks natively on Windows and building the technical roadmap for always-on, self-evolving assistants on GeForce RTX PCs and laptops.
  • •Optimize agent runtimes for Windows so autonomous agents operate within policy-based privacy and security frameworks, including filesystem access, secure inference routing, and network egress.
  • •Partner with internal AI research teams, driver teams, and the OpenClaw community to ensure a strong consumer hardware ecosystem for autonomous agents.
  • •Mentor other engineers, establish guidelines for AI agent deployment, and write reliable, production-ready code.

Key Requirements

  • •10+ years of professional software engineering experience, with at least 3+ years in Staff or Lead Architect role.
  • •BS, MS, or PhD in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related technical field (or equivalent experience).
  • •Deep understanding of Windows OS internals, process isolation, sandboxing technologies, and system-level security architecture.
  • •Proven understanding of LLM inference pipelines (Ollama, Llama.cpp, vLLM) and GPU-accelerated computing (CUDA, TensorRT) for local consumer hardware.
  • •Experience with AI orchestration/agentic frameworks (e.g., OpenClaw, Hermes, LangChain) and multi-agent systems that plan, act, and use tools.
