Key Responsibilities

•Own regional business performance across EMEA, including revenue attainment, customer satisfaction, and operational execution.
•Lead and scale the company’s EMEA go-to-market organization across sales, customer success, support, and services functions.
•Carry and manage the regional revenue target, partnering closely with Account Executives and regional GTM leaders to drive pipeline and close strategic deals.
•Work directly with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders to ensure successful delivery and long-term customer success.
•Develop and execute regional hiring plans to support continued growth and customer demand.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: GBP 130,000 - 145,000 annually

Key Requirements

•8+ years of experience in enterprise SaaS, audit technology, financial services technology, or related industries.
•Proven experience leading revenue or go-to-market organizations in EMEA.
•Strong understanding of the audit, accounting, advisory, or risk/compliance ecosystem.
•Strong commercial leadership skills with experience managing regional quotas, forecasting, and GTM execution.
•Proven experience hiring, developing, and leading high-performing customer-facing teams in fast-growing environments.
