Production Team Leader

Lead day-to-day operations in a production/machining environment by coordinating the team, managing resources, and providing clear guidance to meet goals. Serve as the primary liaison between team members and higher management, drive collaboration and continuous improvement, and mentor team members to support skill growth and retention. Ensure quality monitoring, recordkeeping, troubleshooting, and root-cause analysis are executed effectively.
