Responsible for ensuring manufacturing processes at Planta La Negra (PLN) operate within established physical-chemical parameters. Lead initiatives that improve Quality, Performance, and Productivity through studies and investigations, maintain two-way information flow with shift process operators, and drive root-cause analysis for deviations in consumption, yield, recovery, and quality. Coordinate with production leads to implement process improvements and lead enhancements under the MOC system.
