Key Responsibilities

  • •Support day-to-day repair and refurbishment operations across HP’s repair network to achieve service, quality, and cost performance targets.
  • •Monitor repair volumes, turnaround times, capacity utilization, and operational KPIs to support business objectives.
  • •Partner with external suppliers and repair vendors to drive performance, quality improvements, and operational efficiency.
  • •Analyze repair cost drivers and recommend actions to reduce spend while maintaining customer experience and service levels.
  • •Lead continuous improvement initiatives, develop dashboards/business reviews, and drive process automations and strategic repair network changes.

Key Requirements

  • •Four-year or graduate degree in Data, Data Engineering, Computer Science/Engineering, Financial Engineering, or related discipline, or commensurate work experience.
  • •Typically 4-7 years of work experience, preferably in project/program management, quality, lean six sigma, or related field, or an advanced degree with 3-5 years of experience.
  • •Experience using operational analytics to support business objectives and repair/service performance.
  • •Ability to analyze repair cost drivers and identify opportunities to reduce spend while maintaining customer experience and service levels.
  • •Capability to develop and maintain operational reporting, performance dashboards, and executive-ready business reviews.
