Key Responsibilities

  • •Own the day-to-day operations of the Binance Chat product, including feature rollouts, content governance, and user experience monitoring.
  • •Collaborate closely with Product Managers to translate product strategies into operational processes and execution plans
  • •Define, track, and analyze core product metrics and surface actionable insights to improve performance.
  • •Identify product issues and user pain points through data analysis, user feedback, and community signals; drive improvements with relevant teams.
  • •Design and execute growth and engagement initiatives (e.g., new feature GTM, user incentive programs).
