Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage the environmental, health, and safety team across multiple facilities under MSHA, OSHA, and DOT regulations.
  • •Oversee development, planning, and implementation of EHS policies and procedures in line with regulatory and company requirements.
  • •Monitor EHS program performance and compliance, handling contact with government agencies and supporting regulatory inspections and audits.
  • •Lead/coordinate safety training, safety meetings, incident investigations, and corrective actions; develop training programs for compliance and safe work processes.
  • •Conduct facility inspections and job hazard evaluations; analyze injury and safety data to identify trends and drive improvement plans.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree (B.S. or B.E.) from an accredited four-year college/university or equivalent education and experience, with at least 10 years of relevant practical experience.
  • •Knowledge of OSHA 1910, OSHA 1926, and MSHA regulations (preferred).
  • •Knowledge of EHS regulations and ISO certifications, including EHS management systems and EHS culture trends.
