•Maintain data integrity between HR, payroll, and accounting systems through thoughtful process design and collaboration.
•Partner cross-functionally to align total rewards data (payroll, benefits, compensation reporting) with financial controls.
•Manage payroll- and benefits-related reconciliations and support monthly and quarterly close processes.
•Design internal controls, build scalable automated workflows, document procedures, and support payroll and total rewards audits with Finance, People, and Legal.

•Proven ability to establish internal controls and maintain audit-ready documentation.
•Hands-on experience with payroll/HRIS platforms (e.g., Rippling, Deel) and 401(k) providers (e.g., Fidelity, Empower); familiarity with Carta is a plus.
•Experience working across integrated payroll, HRIS, and ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite), with strong attention to detail and discretion handling confidential data.
